Emergency Rations is the second EP by American hip hop artist Mr. Lif, released on June 25, 2002 on Definitive Jux.
The song "Phantom" was featured in Tony Hawk's Underground, the fifth installment of Tony Hawk's skateboarding video game series.[2] It can also be heard playing in the background of the track "Bad Card" on Mr. Lif's first full studio album I Phantom. Also, the song "Pull out Your Cut" was featured in ESPN NFL 2K5.
